Creating a sharp & authoritative online presence for an executive search firm
Nicholas Alexander is an executive and board search firm, appointing CEOs, C-suite and directors for private equity, listed and founder-led businesses across retail and consumer. It came out of my agency work: a site as precise and assured as the searches the firm runs.

A service, in full
Each service gets room to make its case. The leadership assessment page builds the argument in full, sharper insight for smarter decisions, evidence balanced with practical judgement, laid out so a board can see exactly what they would be buying.

The full picture
Beyond the headline service sits the rest of the offer: partner-led search, advisory for leadership-defining moments, the proof of what clients count on and what sets the firm apart, finishing on a quiet invitation to talk. A lot of ground, kept orderly.

The brief was simple: make the site as precise as the search.
The specialisms
The firm's edge is focus, so the specialisms get their own space: interim and fractional leaders for high-stakes moments, retail and consumer expertise without the learning curve. On a phone, each reads as a tight, confident pitch rather than a wall of text.

On every screen
The build holds its shape across devices. The leadership assessment page keeps its precise, layered navy look from a wide boardroom display down to a phone between meetings, where a lot of senior people will first read it.
